Fixed bug where pressing delete key with an empty selection would behave incorrectly
Fixed bug where editing marker time in Markers window would result in marker moving to end of file
Fixed bug where changing Ruler Units was not updating Markers window
Tweaked auto-scrolling playback so that manually stopping playback will not snap back to original position
Updated Japanese localization files
Fixed bug in some localizations where Markers window was not displaying correctly
Increased recording RAM buffer size
Increased playback RAM buffer size, fixing playback stutters and random stopping
Audio buffer sizes are now adjustable if necessary.
